Hello Montclair Chamber of Commerce members. If you were not able to make it to this month’s breakfast at Romano’s Macaroni Grill you surely missed out!

This month’s featured presenter was Bobby Hyde, Manager of Ben Bridge Jewelers. Bobby provided us with a detailed introduction into the complex world of pearls. Bobby expanded on the difference between fresh water pearls and salt water pearls, outlined emerging industry techniques for enhancing pearls, and most importantly, divulged the characteristics to look for in a high quality pearl.

Raffle prizes are a staple for every breakfast, but Bobby kept us all on the edges of our seats by contributing a Tahitian Pearl Pendant from his collection to the pool of goodies to be raffled off. Norma Tapia of Cunning Dental Group was the winner of this gleaming raffle prize.
