Message From the Ambassador Chairperson

My sincere thanks to Kelly Martin of First Choice Mortgage, who conducted the May Ambassador's meeting in my absence last month. The six month gifts were delivered to our members and assignments were given for the June gifts to be delivered. Pat Rees was selected as Ambassador of the Month, congratulations Pat! At the Montclair Family Fun Festival, Ambassadors greeted the Vendors prior to the start time of the event. The Ambassadors did the check-in at the Police Officers' and Employees' Appreciation & Recognition Luncheon. As you see the Ambassadors have been busy this month.
We also held the Installation of the Chamber's Officers & Directors on June 29, where the Ambassadors were honored for their service. Pat Rees was selected as Ambassador of the Year. Congratulations, Pat!

There Is Hope Foster Family Agency was founded on April 21, 2003. As
president and CEO of the organization, my mission and philosophy was
to make a difference in a child’s life. I have strived my very best
to hire the best of the best who share the same goals as I do. Those
goals are to unconditionally love all the children who come through
our doors and to really try our best to help them to achieve their
goals and dreams.
In the past five years There Is Hope and its team have helped find
homes for over 800 children in the counties of San Bernardino and
Riverside. We are always looking for singles and couples over the
age of 21 who are willing to share our dreams of making a difference
for these children by becoming foster parents. Through my
experience, I believe I have been rewarded with something most
people only dream of: that is to see children get through their
hurdles and help them through rough times.
Every year, There Is Hope puts on several functions for our foster
children, foster parents, friends, and staff. We have celebrated
five annual back–to-school picnics. Besides food, drinks, and
entertainment, we bought backpacks filled with school supplies for
our children and rewarded those who have made progress in academics,
athletics, and personal growth with medallions. We also rewarded our
foster parents with plaques for doing a great job for our children.
Just seeing the smiles on their faces is was keep us going.
There Is hope will accept monetary donations, as well, to help pay
for foods and entertainment. All donations are tax write off since
we are a 501(c) (3) charitable organization. State License #
